Equipment plan

Within the next couple of week we will be aiming to film, therefore it would benefit us to make a plan of the equipment we plan to use throughout our project.

FILMING

Video Camera: Sony HDV 1000

 

The Sony HDV 1000 is an ideal camera to use for filming. Firstly, it is well designed which allows it to be transportable. With HD has almost twice the amount of scanning lines as SD which allows for sharper and greater detail, giving the film are much greater professional feel. Other benefits include inexpensive HD filming on a cassette, it is simple to use and allows for quick and efficient filming.






Tri-Pod: Sony HDV 1000 Tri-Pod

This tri-pod matches the camera, it is a simple design which allows for easy use and can be folded down to fit inside a carry case enabling it to be easily transported.

EDITING

This equipment allows us to transfer parts of the film ready for editing straight to the MAC.
